We have been Training apprentices since the Company started engineers remain working on site that would have been trained by the current owners Grandad; 45 years on-site! We invest heavily in this area for the longevity of the business. Without skilled and happy engineers, we cannot provide our clients with a positive performance. We believe in giving people long term career opportunities.
Apprenticeships support both the resiliency of our Business and the wider industry. Without sufficient skilled tradesmen future development plans will stay in the planning stage. We are keen and proactive trainers. We want to develop operatives with a wide skillset so that they work in the ‘Wheeler Way’ and naturally support the type of service we strive to provide.
