Since the day we launched in 1961, Wheeler Electrical remains a family run business, this makes us pretty unique and helps our staff understand the business culture and mentality surrounding delivering exceptional services. As a result, we have an excellent team to collaboratively ensure projects are completed to the very highest standards for our clients. Our teamwork focused approach facilitates long lasting and successful business relationships being formed and maintained.

Our dedicated customer services team is a key driver in the repeat business we secure. Specifically skilled management and operatives ensure a consistently good service is provided to our clients and does not depreciate at the point of Practical Completion.

Training staff for the future

Many members of the Wheeler Electrical team have been with us for many years, and this is testament to the wonderful working environment and our commitment to providing the very-best training. Hiring apprentices is in the Wheeler Electrical DNA and it’s extremely satisfying to take on new members of the team straight from school and watch them develop into senior members of the company in future years. Without embracing training there is no succession planning to ensure that we can continue to successfully service the construction industry for the next 60 years!

Health, safety & environmental

Health, safety and environmental planning and management are of paramount importance. We invest heavily to ensure all our team are fully trained, and we adhere, often surpass, the strict Government and/or industry regulations and best practice guidance which is essentially set out to protect our workers. We continually review current working practices and make the necessary adaptations to ensure we undertake safe works; the wellbeing of our operatives being prioritised at all times.

Our clients employ us because they know they will receive an industry-leading service. Through our tendering and pre-construction work we will utilise RFI schedules to identify inadequacies and provide solutions. We are capable of supporting our client to successfully manage and control the change processes that an evolving project commonly presents.
